The ApPHA offers three programs to promote and improve
the Pleasure Horse.

| These breedings can be bought at 60% of their advertised stud fee plus membership to the Appaloosa Pleasure Horse Association. Monies collected will be paid the year the resulting foals are 2 years old. This money will go to any get of the stallions that sold 3 Years prior in the following events: ApPHA Open 2 Year Old Western Pleasure Futurity and the ApPHA Open 3 & Under Hunter Under Saddle Maturity, both of these events are held at the Appaloosa Championship World Show. This auction will open the first day of the World Show, taking bids starting at 60% of the advertised stud fee. Names will not be used in bidding, but numbers will be assigned to interested parties and bidding will close on Friday morning, at 10 AM the day before the end of the show. Winning bids will be posted at the ApPHA booth on Saturday the last day of the show. After the world show it will be first come first served. | The Mare Incentive Fund is
designed to first and foremost futher the advancement of the Appaloosa Pleasure
Horse. Through nomination fees, program participants may increase the value of their mares and foals and reap financial rewards and other benefits. |
The Trainer Service Program
benefits both the trainer and the owner. For only $500, you purchase one
month's training from one of the trainers listed. Funds from this sale will be
added to the purses of the World Futurity events, with eligibility restricted
to participating trainers whose services have been sold. You must be a member of the ApPHA to purchase trainer services through this program. The ApPHA Trainer Service Program opens the first day of the Appaloosa World Championship Horse Show. |
